Project Description
The ROI WBL project enables SME managers to raise their awareness about the costs and benefits of Work Based Learning and Apprenticeship thanks to the calculation of their ROI [Return on Investment] and a Good Practice Guide with the successful case studies.
In the project we:
- Contributed to the development of a model for the calculation of RoI of WBL and apprenticeships by SMEs
- Designed and developed a digital tool demonstrating the RoI model in a visual way. The ROI digital tool visually depicts translation mechanisms, criteria and processes for transforming qualitative and quantitative financial, environmental and social impact indicators into financial values relevant to the return of investment in WBL for an SME.
